Mukesh is a businessman and entrepreneur and heads the Chauhan Group off Companies – a company involved in investments in a diversified field of business from IT distribution, sales and services, manufacturing, property portfolio, retail and stock market investments. Mukesh is an IT Engineer by qualification and profession with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. His company was the official distributor of Apple products in the region Africa South (Southern Africa excluding South Africa) representing 12 countries in the region. After independence in South Africa, he was also appointed as an Authorized Distributor in South Africa. After selling the distribution business, Mukesh focused his energy in the Botswana market. He has been a member of the American Business Council for more than 32 years and is also involved in the India Botswana Chamber of Commerce and Industry and involved in several charities, community service and philanthropic organizations. His passions include theatre, music, motor sports and travel.
