Chris is currently the Managing Director of LEAD, Leadership Education And Development Pty (Ltd), a business consultancy and leadership development solutions provider in Botswana. Chris is also Chairman and co-founder of WorldLEAD, a not-for-profit organization focusing on leadership development amongst youth and communities. Chris received his undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Fiat Graduate Development Programme (FIAT GRA.DE.) in Basildon, UK. Chris is a certified and practicing Six Sigma Blackbelt with the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and has extensive experience in Business and Organizational Transformation both locally and internationally. Chris has lived and worked in multiple countries including Botswana, Namibia, Italy, Germany and the United States, and has developed a strong skillset in international business, cross-cultural leadership and sustainable organizational development.
