Kutlo leads the Express Mail and parcels business unit in BotswanaPost. His primary role is to ensure that the parcels processes and business is optimised in order to minimise bottlenecks in cross-border and domestic movement of goods, as well as to facilitate e-commerce. Prior to joining the EMS and Parcels division of the post, Kutlo did extensive work in Strategy, Operations and Project management from the mining sector as well as the logistics sector. Kutlo has a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Botswana. He is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
